Since the beginning of humanity conflicts are part of our life. Once those conflicts lead to save the life, not only of one human, but also of the hole clan. This primary instinct is part of the human nature. Over time through the evolution of manhood human beeings are in the position to react sensible and empathetic. Nowadays conflicts are also part of our daily grind, but we dont need to lead conflicts for viability as we did in history. These days humans, who are acting as a member of a team in an IT-project often suffer under conflicts. The reason why they struggle with conflicts are, that there‘s a lack of transparency between human realations or people are overextended with new technologies or their aims are just incompatible with the goals of the IT-project. The consequence of this goal conflict is resistance. On these grounds humans developed methods, which help people to solve conflitcs before they arise. Other solutions were invented, these give people support, who are getting roped into a conflict, because these solutions give people instructions to find the right answer. Even when the conflict is getting drifted into an escalation. The science of psychology offers strategies, that give people support to find a way out of the escalation. Chapter one contains the introduction, the motivation, the problem statement and the relevant research question of these paper. This chapter includes the procedure model, which will be the guideline of the following diploma thesis, as well. In addition chapter two studies how the problem can be solved. Afterwards chapter three presents the answer of the relevant research question, the conclusion, the future prospects and the recommendation for action and the annex.
